Spring 2024 Recruitment Has Begun!

Sign up for our mailing list to get announcements and reminders for our events. If you're interested in the recruiting process, we’ve compiled some resources to help you with your application—from writing a resume, preparing for a case interview, and tackling individual interviews. We'll also host application office hours via Zoom on Wednesday, January 24th and Thursday, January 25th from 2-4pm. We highly encourage you to come to our recruitment events, including our tabling, infosessions, and case workshop! Additionally, individual coffee chats with BEACN members will be offered beginning on Friday, January 19th—scroll down to the bottom of this webpage to schedule one!

Recruitment Timeline

Tabling Begins

Weekdays from Thursday, 1/18/2024 - Thursday, 1/25/2024

9am - 4pm

You can typically find our tent on the Glade in front of Doe Library (if we're not there, drop by Sproul Plaza). Come by whenever you're free to learn more about BEACN, meet our members, and ask questions about the application process.

Coffee Chats

Coffee Chat Scheduler

Coffee chats are a chance for you to speak one-on-one with a BEACN member to learn more about the club. These are purely informational and not an expectation. Participation in a coffee chat will in no way impact your application.

Case Workshop

Group Case Interviews

You'll do one case interview in a group of 3-4. Come to our case workshop to learn more about how these work and how to approach them successfully.‎

Meet & Greet

This event is the final step in our application process and gives applicants the chance to meet more BEACN members. It's a more casual, social event where we can talk to applicants outside of the interview setting.‎
